We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
